If you are not a pig or a real pig, don't be pretended as stupidity pig, Hun su.

Hun Su , What do you think about the justice system in Khmer comparing to the justice in U.S. ? I guess you tell me that your dump's justice over
there/Khmer is much stronger than Here/U.S.
Therefore, there is excused reason that you have to scare to come abroad, Okay.

Missing typos :
There is no excused reason...

Hun Sen is a coward and a Khmer traitor. In the US court he can't have his thousands of bodyguard. I dare Ah Hun Sen to live a week without a bodyguard.

New York is one city in the US, but it is also the territorial of the UN headquarter. It means the territorial of New York City like inside the international airport.
The US court can't arrest Hun Sen, because the US Authority is still civilizing and respecting the international law.
The US court can arrest Hun Sen, only on a private visit in New York or other cities in the USA.

5:59 PM, last time (2005 I think)the U.S court clerks went to Hun Sen's hotel to hand/give him a court summon. Hun Sen was so scared so he called Sam Rainsy to withdraw the lawsuit and he will ask the king to pardon Rainsy so he can return to Cambodia. Rainsy was wrong to trust Hun Sen.

To get to the UN, Hun Sen would have to land at American airport, probably JFK Airport, an American airport. He then have to drive to the UN and stay in one of American hotels. These are all American territory.

American court probably can't arrest him because he has not been indicted for anything yet. But if he comes to America, then the court can issue him with a summon to appear before the court. If he failed to appear, he will lose. This is the legal rules in the West. If he lost and is convicted of crimes, crimes against humanity (Rainsy sued him for crimes against humanity of K-5 Plan and for war crimes of 1997 coup), then he could be arrested when he comes to America or the court can issue an arrest warrant to Interpol around the world.
The point is, even if the court cannot arrest him, Hun Sen can't go anywhere around the world because Interpol could arrest him if the court issued an arrest warrant for him. He will live in Cambodia as an indicted war criminal or criminal against humanity.

To 5:59 PM,
Yes, Hun Sen can and will be arrested in New York, including New York City.
At best, he will be exempt on the premises of the UN building itself .

To 6:36 PM,

Well expressed.
We thank you.

Thank you for the discussion. There is only one way to find out if Hun Sen is innocent.

Hun Sen must hand himself in to the ICC and allow an independant investigation. If Hun Sen is innocent he has nothing to worry about.

Hun Sen, will you die as a Khmer traitor or will you redeem yourself and cut off your throat s you promised?

US has no right to arrest anyone who attended UN assembly meeting.or they'll denied entry at all by the US.I don't think it's ever been done before.

U.N can only arrest war criminal whom known to killed people or commited genocide against humanity,before the arrest taking place the have to issued warrant to arrest to that individual otherwise,its against the law to arrest anyone without the warrant.Fact;

The reason that Hun cent back off not to attent at U.N conference in New York is because he didn't wants Sam rainsey make him look like a Dumb's foe infront of the world stage which is true that he is already Dumb's foe in Srok Khmer today.

Don't worry Mr Hun cent the rule of law in the west or U.N will not arrest you without warrant or indictments, you are free to come and goes as you please to anywhere in the world at this time.

If they indict you for the crime against humanity, you'll know the world will knows as well, until then you're now free MR Hun cent. The west and U.N laws can't kidnap you without warrant just remember that! Only your jungle's that kidnap people putting then jail without warrant or indictment.

Young Khmer professional.

UN Permanent seat will not be granted for your absentee

By American laws, the arrest comes after the warrant, the warrant after the indictment, the indictment after the conviction, the conviction after the trial, the trail after the summon.
At this point, Hun Sen is even scared of Sam Rainsy's
summon.

To 9:14 PM,
The only safe haven for Hun Sen is within the premises of the Cambodian Embassy.

Afraid without a reason, you need to educate yourself Mr Hun Sen,you kill many people (your opponents) but you're afraiding of civilize society that they use rule of laws to protect all mankind, you're innocent until proven quilty in the court of laws and justice....So don't be afraid step into world arena proof that you're the man of your word.

Your friend Akmadinajad of Iran was there, but you won't.What's a shame! Mr Sam Rainsy was there and waiting for you,you shouldn't back off like a coward you used to be or as always be...

Kmenhwatt.

Yeah, yea... A Hun chhrouk,
Speaking in every time in his town hall or at ceremony somewhere in Khmer, Hun Chhrouk has shown up in his full of gesture with his entire body language, for example, as who want or get a reaction against to his Bossy Viet he will provide a gun and coffin right along with the people who is dared to do it, closed door hit a dog, who want to have a case #3 #4 Hun chhrouk will not guarantee that the civil is going to happen once again, etc.

Now this we want to hear and need you to reiterate those of your speech once again at the U.N. We all think that you can do with a problem. Be a good man as you did to Khmer citizens in Khmer
All Khmers just want you to come to the meeting At U.N once again. Wouldn't you ? We already knew that you wasn't a bad pig. So, we realize of being recognized you as a good pig, Go ahead make your day

Proud to know a lot of Khmer people understood too well the international law.
Contrary from their well and good educated level, their behavior were not much different as the people from the jungle.
