PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - Actress Khiev Sokharavy has recently reappeared looking healthier than before, triggering
speculation that she is not alone but with a young daughter.
Mother Nin Rath has asserted that the actress, who vanished from the entertainment industry several years ago, is happily married with a Cambodian-American man in the United States.
But some observers, who say they have spotted the actress in Phnom Penh, believe she is being supported by a senior military officer with money, a car and a villa.
Khiev Sokharavy previously raised eyebrows by calling off her marriage with fellow star Sok Sophea, who later announced plans to wed a Cambodian-Australian woman.
Nin Rath has said her daughter canceled the marriage for health reasons and strongly denies that she's being supported by the senior military officer in Phnom Penh.
