PHNOM PENH, 12 September 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - Opposition leader Sam Rainsy has
threatened to boycott next year's elections if he is jailed and the
National Election Committee is not changed.
The exiled politician, a convicted criminal who is believed to be living in France, made the threat during a video conference.
Tith Sothea, deputy chairman of the Press and Quick Reaction Unit of the Office of the Council of Ministers, invited Sam Rainsy to come back to Cambodia.
"I want Sam Rainsy to return to Cambodia tomorrow as the door is not shut and he is not banned from coming," he said.

"If he won’t come tomorrow, he should stop lying to the people. The prison door is open for him so he should respect Cambodia’s law.
"His claim to having five million members is just fake and such lies are his innate habit. People believe in great achievements and development rather than the lies of a failed politician."

In Cambodia, the Courts of Justice now become the Courts of INJUSTICE.
Hun Sen is the laws, the judge, the jury, and the enforcer.
The " great achievements and development " that Tith Sothea brags about are only improvements on Landlords property.
If not stopped, Yuon will become the landlord of Cambodia.

Cpps couldn't see far beyond the tip of their nose, in the long run Yuon owns all land that they leased to Yuon,yuon's used the same tactics that they used during Cheyjatha II lend Prey Norkor to Yuon in order to collects taxes, now Prey Norkor turned to Siagon/Ho Chi Minh city.
Now the majority of land concession/leases were to Yuon for 99yrs.I don't think Cpp know what they were doing with this old adversary Yuon,Cpp had done what Cheyjatha II done before them,Cpp didn't cares why? because they were Youns'secret agents themselves that running the country now,they were trying to fulfill the doctrine of their master Ho chi Minh to conqure Khmer and Laos.
99yrs lease up all everything were owned by their Master Yuon,you can't kick them out or undo the lease just like Prey Norkor today.
