PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Police on Wednesday arrested Oeur Narith, an assistant of CNRP lawmaker Mu Sochua, while he was on the way in a vehicle of human rights group, LICADHO.
According to announcement of LICADHO, Oeur Narith, who is in charge of CNRP's public affairs, was forced out of the car even though police didn't have arrest warrant.
The arrest took place a day after five lawmakers of opposition party had been arrested following the violent clash at the Freedom Park which has been sealed off by barricades for several months.
