time to buy a boat instead of a lexus... but honestly it is not just a local problem... right now , this week , there is flood in manitoba , canada , along the Mississippi in the US , in navarre , spain and along the Pyrenees , france ... these are just the places i have read on the news...i am sure there are other countries flooded which is not reported in english...
