The CNRP's 55 lawmakers-elect took oath Tuesday at 4:00 pm at the Royal Palace.
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- The CNRP's 55 lawmakers-elect took oath Tuesday at 4:00 pm at the Royal Palace.
The swearing-in ceremony for the opposition lawmakers, who have been boycotting their seats for ten months after the general election last year, was presided over by the King Norodom Sihamoni. 
After the swearing-in ceremony, the CNRP's 55 lawmakers-elect will join the National Assembly session for the first time of fifth legislature on August 8, Son Chhay, one of the CNRP's lawmakers, told reporters at the National Assembly building that they are ready to go to the Royal Palace.
Yim Sovann, also CNRP's lawmaker-elect, expressed commitment to serving the nation and not to betray supporters.
"Within the next 30 minutes, we will take our oaths in front of the King. We must serve the interest of the nation and the people, and must not betray their will," he posted on his Facebook's page at around 3:30 pm.
The swearing-in ceremony was held just two weeks after political deal reached last month between CNRP's leaders Sam Rainsy and CPP's vice president Hun Sen who agreed to reform National Election Committee, media ... and power sharing in the National Assembly and the Senate.
One of the political agreements includes reform of NEC which is reshuffled and established by four members from each party and the ninth member, known as LICADHO's director Pung Chhiv Kek, is selected by the parties' consensus.

លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា ការចូលធ្វើសច្ចាប្រណិធាន និងប្រជុំសភានេះ មិនមែនមកពីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ទាល់ច្រក ឬមានការគំរាមកំហែងណាមួយឡើយ។ លោកបានបន្ថែមឲ្យដឹងថា រាល់បញ្ហានានាដែលនៅសេសសល់មិនទាន់ដោះស្រាយនោះ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ នឹងដោះស្រាយតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។
ចំពោះករណីយុវជនសមាជិកគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ៣នាក់ ដែលត្រូវអាជ្ញាធរឃុំខ្លួន ហើយតុលាការធ្វើការចោទប្រកាន់នោះ លោក សុន ឆ័យ បានចាត់ទុកថា នោះជាបញ្ហានយោបាយ ហើយរឿងនេះត្រូវដោះស្រាយតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនយោបាយរវាងគណបក្សទាំងពីរដែលមានកន្លងមកស្រាប់ហើយ។
បន្ថែមលើនេះ អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក កឹម សុខា បានអះអាងបន្ទាប់ពីចេញពីធ្វើសច្ចាប្រណិធាននៅព្រះបរមរាជវាំងនៅថ្ងៃនេះថា យុវជនបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលកំពុងឃុំខ្លួននៅគុកព្រៃសនោះ នឹងត្រូវដោះលែងឆាប់ៗនេះ។

To poster 1:04 am. Siam attacked Cambodia with a very small areas 4.6 Sq. km. around Prasat Preah Vihear, Prasat Ta Moan Thom,
Prasat Ta Krabey. All these areas around ancient Khmer ruins are very small compared to areas Cambodia lost to Vietnam. Even though as Khmer we will not accept any lost 1 inch of our territories but Vietnam wanted to swallow whole Cambodia not just few sq. km.

2. They had already stolen Kampuchea Krom( South Vietnam)in 1949 officially,
3. Koh Tral isl., Koh Krojuk Ses isl and molre than 15,000 sq. km of sea territories around those islands 1985 officially under CPP pupet ruled.
4. Many Cambodia provinces bordering Vietnam. The Viets had already moved border posts deeper into our territories. Some areas few hundredths meters, some areas up to 7 km. inside. officially 2005 illegal CPP-Viets border treaty.
5. Viets continue to interfered in Cambodia government behind the CPP out of international eyes. Viets agents are embedded into Cambodia security forces and administrations.
6. Viets ordered CPP to allow Vietnamese illegal immigrations unimpeded into Cambodia
populations annexations to make native Cambodia become

7. Vietnamese helped built, trained and supported Khmer Rough up until 1977 when Khmer Rough turned their guns onto their teachers. Hanoi wanted to annexed Cambodia after Lon Nol govt. fallen and Pol Pot refused.
8. During Pol Pot genocides on Cambodia populations their are a lots of Vietnamese double agents working within Khmer Rough ranks. But now, all they have said that they get no choices and thats is a suitable choices to moving forward to join by the CPP’s.
No matter of what the CNRP's gonna do but we (citizens) just still let them play or get married with the CPP for a while to see, of which the result is gonna be sooner and later since they had, enough, had compromised with a fully promised to the citizens as before and after the national election campaigned last year 2013, Okay.
The communists party they're always sticking to their same certainly damned rules as the money buying off, threat, and getting killed by their third's party ($#!%. lol). And because of those rules I… we are being known pretty well and that was so clear about it of why, where, when and how this CPP's remains in controlling power after they would have been lost their ballots to CNRP by facts.
Undoubtedly, as this regime has become a power since the 1979’s by whose is the country has made it to firmly government with an unlimited term by just one person/ Hun Dai S#it of leading country all alone.
By the way, we still hope and trust on all Khmer and Khmer all must be united all together by let the CNRP’s leaderships to stir all of us to succeed near future, however,One things is we do not have any better way other than its to pull the power down from the CPP’s. And the second things, most of the 55's elect members of CNRP, all of whom their hands are very clean and, they all have an opitimistics opinion to save Cambodia much more realistic rather " than " the Crook's regime, don't they?...
So everyone, should you all remember as the CNRP's gaining support as today because the most of the whole nation was being devoted and given support to CNRP by the good citizens. Guess what, even a few of family they have sold their personal belonging such as the dog as their financial to the CNRP in order for its to change the CPP's.
Clearly Cnrp has inevitably reached it's last choice, now it's the matter of going to work and show Cambodians what they are able to accomplish in the nutshell (Senate).

Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha by joining the” Rubber Stamp” Parliament you conceded the election lost of 2013 by taking CNRP 55 and CPP 68 and agreed to next election not till 2018. The National Assembly President is the deaf guy Heng Samrin (he hears no evil) and he will close the Assembly door and Hun Sen will punish the dogs. The real power lays with Hun Sen and his Council of Ministers. There are no real powers in the Parliament but only for shows. What you both are doing is legitimizing the Hun Sen regime. The regime is short on money to run the government and CNRP leaders gave them the lifeline and now they can borrows from Western nations. Yours actions betrays the Khmer people and the Cambodian nation. You both have no courage to face up to Hun Sen/CPP. There are no longer any trusts from the Khmer people of CNRP leaderships.
CNRP leaders need to stop making excuses for joining the Parliament. Some people are supporting that decision because they wanted to keep Khmer people united and needed some hope. The big question would be if the CNRP leaders did sold out to Hun Sen regime and could you still support them?

Is this a traitor or not? Rainsy’s hastily join the Parliament because he sold out to CPP and he want to cashed out his check. Did CNRP Standing Committee approved of the deal?
