Thy Sovantha is wrong about Vietnam. Vietnam is currently favored by many country over Cambodia. Case and point:
1. Vietnam is becoming the high-tech hub in Asia. Go ahead and google "Vietnam high-tech hub" and read.
2. Vietnam is being favored in the new TPP, transpacific trade pact with Japan and USA. Again, google for the news.
3. India is coveting Vietnam as the gateway for their looking East policy.
4. Japan is transferring investment from China to Vietnam, not Cambodia.
5. Vietnam constantly win international prizes, medals in Chess, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science. Cambodia cannot even compete. In 2007, Cambodia competed in Math Olympiad and ranked 85 out of 92 countries while Vietnam ranked 3rd in the same event.
Please get real. Cambodian students have extremely low learning aptitude. There is no way Cambodia can compete against Vietnam.
You folks can do some intellectual measurement against me on the forum to see the gap between Khmer race and any other race. It's huge.

Vietnam recently produced a number of other International champions:
1. European women Chess champion.
2. World U10 Boy chess champion, twice in a row.
3. Asia U20 Girl chess champion twice in a row.
4. Vietnam also won a number of other champions which I forgot as well as many gold medals in Olympiad. This year, in 2014, Le Quang Liem won a gold medal in a chess event in Norway.
Please Khmer, your race could not even compete. Cambodia stopped sending Math team to the Olympiad event after a couple years ranking so low, near the bottom of all countries in the world.
