When I hear this word "stability" from this UK special envoy I can not stay still like those Cambodian politicians. He really doesn't even understand that this country is under constant invasion and constant threat from the Vietnamese colonialist, or he may know that but he try to ignore it because this is not his country's or his people's problems.
He talks about stability under the barrel of a gun pointing to the head of Khmer people every day and night, the menace, the constant threats, the forcing of people to leave their own land, the killings with impunity and even they cannot complain when their families are pushed out from their properties.
I want this guy, who has served a dictatorial regime for a long period of time, to stop acting like a maniac that protect the corrupt friend Hun Sen and the traitorous and slavish Viet-installed government at all cost . We Khmer don't really need someone to come to help us who has no gut to say the truth. Cambodia can have stability when corruption is under control, the government has accountability, justice system is trusted by the people.
When corruption in every stage is so rampant , the killings can be carried with impunity and the country is under the Viet colonial rule like Cambodia, how can we Khmer have stability?

those in powers look after each other until betrayal happens then they will gang up to down that individual from power and install someone friendlier to their cause [ saddam, assad, gadafi, etc...]these people were not taken out because they care about us the little people or better known as the ''Peons '' [ slang for piss on , in case you 're not familiar with the word]...there has been many reports that the wealthy people want population reduction through diseases/vaccines and wars ... they think of us just as '' useless eaters'' [ kissinger called us that back in the olden days ]
