Former KGB Mr Putin is paranoia to spend that much money to build arsenals that will never be useful to Russia,why needs more of that while you [Russia] had NUKES more than any nations on earth,even more than America? Mr Putin maybe wants to conquer its neighbors countries like Goregia and Crimea to put these countries under its colonization/federation again.If that so,ARM RACES WILL BE BORN AGAIN THE WORLD WILL NEVER BE AT PEACE....!
