Your career is about job creation...creating jobs for those youths so that they don't have to go to South Korea and leave their families behind. I am a shame when your father asked the President of South Korea take more Cambodian workers next year. You should advise your dad request South Korea to open Samsung or Hyundai factories in rural Cambodia. That would create good paying jobs for Cambodians.
