Funcinpec Party to have two vice presidents after this month congress

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- The Royalist Funcinpec Party will have two vice presidents after being re-chaired by Prince Norodom Ranariddh. 

"Princess Arun Rasmey is the first vice president, while Nhiek Bun Chhay is second vice president," Ranariddh told the news conference on Monday.

The new structure of Royalist Funcinpec will be adopted at the party's congress scheduled for January 19, according to the prince. 

Prince Norodom Ranariddh made his return to lead the Royalist Party, eight years after he was expelled from the party. 

His recognition as party president will be officially announced at the party’s congress.
