Wrong, let me explain.
If CNRP wins the election, Vietnam will cut power supply to Cambodia, 650 thousands garment workers and many others will lose jobs as factories have no power to operate.
CNRP will demand Vietnam to resupply power to Cambodia or they will incite people to hunt down Vietnamese ethics in Cambodia to kill them all. Vietnam threatens to come over to protect the Vietnamese if Khmer carry out genocidal acts again.
Vietnam will not resupply power to Cambodia unless Mr. Hun Sen comes back to power. Its Vietnam electricity and Vietnam has the right to make condition with the sale of electricity.
As we all know, Khmer always make threat of killings to get their ways. So, that's how war begins.

I don think this time Vietnam will help Hun sen if he lose the election.between 1979-1989 Vietnam lost 50000 soldiers in Khmer land and 200000 Yuon soldiers stationed in Cambodia.anyway Vietnam can not get anything even land from Cambodia.

You need to make this clear. Of the 2 million Cambodians who died during the reign of terror, 1.5 million died from exhaustion, disease and malnourishment. Khmer Rouges executed about 500,000 Cambodians as enemy of the State.
So, it was the Khmer Rouges who emptied out the cities, and caused a lot of city folks to perish in the rural environment. KR copied the ideas from China.
The same idea "enemy of the State" was also copied from China. And there were thousand of Chinese advisers in Cambodia at the time.
I was in a labor team with 3 Khmers. They told me stories from their 3 villages, each was in different parts of Cambodia. The pattern was the same. Some primitive KR soldiers were given absolute powers. They became absolutely corrupted.
Stop the silly and blatant blame. The world knows how murderous the Khmer people are. USA is deporting as many Khmer back to Cambodia as they can. You are really unwanted.
You really need to improve yourselves, achieve something good to be proud. You are the disgrace among the Asians.
