Comment Section set to "Registered User" mode

Dear Readers,

I regret to inform you that the "Comment Section" has now been set to "Registered User" mode. This means that only people who have registered can make the comments.

The reason for the changes, as you may be aware, is to make this blog free of offensive and profane comments that have been made by irresponsible readers of this blog.

I have allowed this blog to be a free blog and have tolerated offensive comments for more than 7 years already, but with some readers having become increasingly more profane and vulgar, they give me no other recourse other than to set the "Comment Section" to a "registered User" mode.

May I assure you that this is not to identify who you are, but it is a mean to rein in rogue and irresponsible commentators in this blog.

I (Khmerization), School of Vice, Khmer Wattanakam and others have used our screen names for a long time and no one has been able to identify who we are. Miss Jendhamuni has even dared to use her real name and real photo. Therefore I urge all readers to register your screen name to make comments so that we can make this blog a decent one, instead of a blog full of profanities and offensive comments. Hope you can understand.
